Welcome to Pushkar Yoga Garden; a yoga centre based on ancient ashram tradition. Yoga is an art and science of right living. On a spiritual level it is described as the union of individual consciousness with the universal consciousness, but on the practical level, yoga is a means of bringing health, happiness and harmony in life so that one can improve the quality of life and live it fully.This is achieved through the proper application of the principles and practices of Yoga in daily life.
Pushkar is one of the oldest places in India that has been known for its spiritual vibrations and energy. With its beautiful lake, majestic hill views and rose gardens, Pushkar has a sprit and presence that awakens and stimulates the human capacity of creativity. Here yoga is taught and practiced as a way of life as it used to be and still is.
All classes are designed to help an individual achieve harmony and balance in life and to make the best out of it. Here we offer Yoga and meditation courses of different duration for those who would like to be equipped with tools that enable them to lead a happier and healthier life. You could choose the one according to your need. The Introductory course (3 days) and the intermediate course(6 days) are useful for beginners and experienced alike who would like to learn yoga practices as well as the principles, theories and philosophies behind them, in order to have a clear understanding and experience of them.
The Advance course (21 days) and the teacher training course (30 days) are designed for people who would like to adopt yoga as a lifestyle and thereby would like to explore its deeper potentials more than the physical levels. It is during these courses that you will see impressive improvements in your ways of being as well as you may get inspired to teach it to others.

Daily Hatha Yoga Classes
The daily Hatha yoga classes are suitable for those who have already practiced yoga or for absolute beginners or just to see what it is like or for people who have time limitations. You will feel great afterwards and it may inspire you to carry on practicing yoga once you leave.
Morning Hatha Yoga Class : Rs. 400 /- each.
The morning class is a learning class where you get to know the strengths and weaknesses of your body, what kind of practices that you need to get it in better state, as well as how these practices work on your system. Useful for beginners and those new to yoga. March to October 8.30AM – 10.00 AM, November to February 9.00 AM – 10.30 AM.
Evening Hatha Yoga Class : Rs.400 /- each.
The evening hatha yoga class is designed for you to practice classical Hatha Yoga sequencesof Asanas, Pranayamas, Mudras, Bandhas etc. It is useful for people who do not need to learn, rather just want to practice. This is more challenging than the mornings. March to October 5.00 PM – 6.30 PM, November to February 4.30 PM – 6.30 PM.
