Almost every month we offer an Intro to Yoga workshop. This special 2 hour class will give you a foundation to begin a healthy and safe practice. You will learn the basic asanas (postures) and how to develop proper alignment. The workshop is also a great way to begin building the sense of community that is so strong within the yoga studio. You will meet others who are exactly where you are, and will learn from each other’s questions. As an added bonus, the workshop includes a week of unlimited yoga to give you the opportunity to test out different classes and teachers.
