He is the chief Yoga and Naturopath physician in charge of the Pathanjali Arogyadharma Yoga Nature Cure and Ayurvedic Hospital. He has completed his Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) degree from SDM College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences in Ujire (Dharmasthala), from the erstwhile Mangalore University, in the year 1995. Thereafter, he has served for 4 years at Snehakunja Naturopathy Hospital at Honnavar and then for 8 years as Chief of Naturopathy Department in the Adarsh Hopital at Kundapura. He has taken active part in the workings of the Shri Shaktidarshan Yogashram at Kinnigoli, Dakshin Kanada District, as a Trustee and Chief Editor of the ashram’s bi-lingual, monthly magazine Shri Shaktidarshan. He was also the Ashram’s Resource Person in the area of Meditation and Yogasana. He had conducted numerous classes in Yogasanas, Pranayam, Meditation, Bandhas, Mudras, etc.
