Dr. C. Eleza the founder and Head of the institution. He graduated from Govt. Siddha Medical College, Tirunelveli. He completed his Masters in Gunapadam (medicine). He is the first in the list who have completed Ph.D in Siddha Medicine. His research works in "Muppu", "Pooneeru", "Karunkuravai Kaadi" are exceptional and out standing.
