YOGA - Our yoga hall measure 1500Sq.ft. well equipped for bath summer & winter days. Fully covered with attractive carpet, instructions and yoga charts etc. the yoga hall has separate areas for ladies. At one time near about 50 patients and participants are able to do yoga in the hall for a healthy & better life.
AYURVEDA - Ayurveda is a Science of life, which not only treats our disease condition but also guides us to remain healthy and avoid possible health problems. The body is a complex machine which works nonstop from birth (or even before birth) till Death. But do we give our body the attention that it deserves and requires?
