Nadi Sweda: Nadi sweda is an excellent Ayurvedic treatment in which the leaves of medicinal plants are boiled and resulting steam is given to localized body parts. This treatment is helpful in removing impurities from the body, reduces fat deposits, inflammation and pain.

Shirodhara: In this treatment a soothing continuous flow of herbal oils are poured slowly and gently across the fore head, there by settling and balancing the nervous system. A stream of warm oil is poured very slowly on to the centre of the fore head for about 30 to 40 minutes followed by gently scalp and neck massage. It takes you to deep relaxation and into a balanced state of rest in mind and body.

Shirodhara helps to overcome stress and ill effects of nervous system. It eliminates the toxins present in our body and replenishes the tissues with nourishment and rejuvenates them. It helps to relieve insomnia, stress, tension, anxiety, anger, chronic headache and hypertension, rheumatism and hair problems and boils on the scalp. It reduces body heat, improves circulation, gives stability to mind and increases memory and concentration. It gives mental relaxation and stimulates vital centers on the brain

Manya Basti: In this process specially prepared warm medicated oil is kept over the neck with herbal paste boundary. This treatment lasts for 45 min to 1 hr and is good for any type of Neck pain, cervical spondylosis, frozen shoulder or other pain related to the neck and shoulder.

Kati Basti: In this process specially prepared warm medicated oil is kept over the back with herbal paste boundary. This treatment lasts for 45 min to 1 hr and is good for any type of back pain and spinal disorders, sciatica and lumbar Spondylosis.

Janu Basti: In this process specially prepared warm medicated oil is kept over the knee joints with herbal paste boundary. This treatment lasts for 45 min to 1 hour and is good for any type of knee pain. Pinda Sweda: Small linen bags filled with a specially prepared mixture are applied locally to relieve pain. This is a very useful sudation. The rice is boiled with decoction of specific medicines. This is macerated to make paste.

Tarpana: It is done by allowing medicated ghee to remain in the eye. It strengthens the optic nerve and improves the eye sight. This is the cleaning process of the eye which gives cooling effect, prevents eye disease and strengthens the optic nerve. In this medicated ghee is poured on eyes till the eye lashes are dipped. This is nourishing for the eyes. It gives clear vision, reduces dryness, redness of eye. It also reduces dark circles below the eye.

Udvartana: This is a typical massage with herbal powders for about 30 to 45 minutes. This stimulating treatment helps to enliven and revitalize the skin, smooth away the fat deposits and improves circulation and digestion. It is useful in disease like obesity, paralysis, stiffness of joints and hemiplegia.

Valuka Pottali Sweda: Valuka means sand. The medicated sand is used to give sudation. The sand is heated and wrapped in a piece of cloth. It is placed on affected part or moved into circular movements on the body. It is useful in rheumatism, knee joint pains and other painful disorders.
