Dr.Nisha is the founder / director of Nisha acupuncture clinic and institute situated at no:16 V.P.colony (South street) ayanavaram, Chennai - 23,INDIA..Dr.Nisha is a doctorate in Acupuncture and also certified in herbal physiotherapy, naturopathy and yogic science.Though she has sound knowledge in herbal medicine she always prefers to treat her patients without any kind of internal medicine. Her policy is "medication without medicine". She has vast practical knowledge in pulse diagnosis, which she uses it to diagnose her patients. Though many modern equipments are available to diagnose, she uses this simple and effective method. The clinic is situated around 4kms from the central railway station and a 30 minute drive from the international airport.

We provide simple accommodation for outstation patients at the clinic building itself. The institute is govt recognized, affiliated to BSS. Ms.Nisha is an author of 2 Tamil books on the topic of herbal medicine and its use for female health and beauty. The books were written on year 2001. One of the books were selected for the govt library and also made available in book stalls of Malaysia, Thanks to the publisher.... She was also a part-time lecturer on herbal cosmetology for a women’s college at Chennai.

Dr.Nisha's hobby is painting artworks, since some of her works were good enough; a couple of them have been selected to be kept at a gallery of Montreal, Canada.

Acupressure - This is a basic of acupuncture therapy which can be used for children and aged people. Practitioner subjects certain parts of the body to magnetostatic fields produced by permanent magnets having beneficial health effects.
