Our Profile

Dr. Wendy Noffke earned her B.S. degree in microbiology from the University of Washington, and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West. Her desire to obtain and provide balanced health motivates her to continually further her education in nutrition, sports chiropractic, and family practice, including pediatric cranial sacral work. She obtained her Advanced Proficiency Rating in Activator Methods Chiropractic Technique in 1999. She also has over ten years experience in teaching fitness and dance, with Yogafit certification and ACE Group Fitness Certification. She began her own yoga practice during her time in chiropractic college. Supporting the community is important to her. Experience her includes coordinating and directing a 5K race to benefit the Kitsap Sexual Assault Center and participating in the Team in Training Program supporting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. In her personal time she enjoys climbing, hiking, running, travel, & other outdoor activities. She believes in empowering people to achieve the best health possible and make informed and healthier choices for their future.

At Namaste' Yoga Puyallup, our goal is to provide a peaceful, nurturing setting for participants to enhance their lives with a Yoga practice. The environment is relaxing and supportive to welcome both those new and experienced to Yoga.

Permanent Hair Reduction
Photo-epilation is a method for long-term hair removal based on the principle of photothermolysis. According to this principle, the melanin pigment of the hair is selectively absorbing light. The melanin is a chromophore, which absorbs light in almost all wavelengths. The absorbed light energy is then being transformed into heat energy that finally leads to the destruction of the hair bulb.
