Teaching mothers and birth companions techniques for safe and satisfying birthing through guided imagery, visualization, and special breathing.

T. Wood Associates, Inc. is a source of childbirth education, Hypno-Birthing and Doula services. We serve the women in the Midwest area including Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri, Midwest as well as central Oklahoma.

Our approach to providing these services is simple: pregnancy and birth are normal and natural rites of passage in a woman's life. It is our goal to bring this knowledge to every woman desiring choices in childbirth.

Tina received her Doula training through CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association), Hypno-Birthing Professional Labor Companion (HBPLC) training through the Hypno-Birthing Institute, and Certified Child-birth Educator training through Advanced Birthing Concepts.

Tina is a member of the following organizations:
