Then, warm oil based massage is given to suit your pre-diagnosed body constitution (Vata, Pitta or Kapha). It also includes marma (vital) point massage and chakra balancing to the whole body.
Shirodhara – Once your body has reached the balanced state, warm oils are then poured on the forehead ‘third eye’ giving extreme relaxation to any head or neck problems such as insomnia and headache. Shirodhara also gives strength to the nervous system and helps to liberate toxins. This treatment releases tension and is excellent for people with chronic stress related problems.
