Chiropractors do not claim to cure anything! We simply say only the body heals, but if your body has nerve pressure because the spine is out of line. It can cause many health problems.

We are creating a healthy principle based Chiropractic office. Through our experience we believe strongly that spinal health is a key in natural healing. The body has an innate inborn wisdom to balance itself and to heal but often a mechanical problem in the spine due to life stresses, posture, or accidents will inhibit the body's ability to be healthy. Dr. Monica Adkins will detect and correct vertebral subluxations allowing you to understand, realize, and feel your full human potential. We will actively educate our patients, better enabling them to take responsibility for their own health. Dr. Monica Adkins utilizes the Toggle Recoil technique and the Thomson Drop technique to reset the body's innate strength. Our office is set up with an open adjusting area to enhance education. We do not routinely take x-rays of everyone. We believe x-rays are too invasive. The goal at A Simple Practice is to keep it simple!

Chiropractic is a simple practice so why complicate it? A Simple Practice is a cash practice, no middleman here. We think that lowering our costs so that you do not have to pay the insurance system make sense. Health insurance is not what it claims to be; it is not about health and it is not good for the human spirit. It is about emergency care not maintenance care, it is about business not life.

I am a chiropractor. I detect and correct the vertebral subluxation. I educate and provide a simple service allowing individuals to understand, realize and feel their full human potential. I am inspired. It is our goal to provide excellent Chiropractic care to everyone who needs it in Missoula and surrounding communities.

Toggle Recoil and Thompson Drop are the two very effective techniques used in this office. These techniques are used to reset the body's innate strength.

Dr. Adkins does not routinely take x-rays. At A Simple Practice we believe that the risks associated with x-rays out weigh the benefits and are only occasionally requested.
