Our Profile

Our clinic is named after one of the most precious herbs in the Chinese herbal pharmacopoeia -- The Schizandra Berry. Schizandra, (pronounced she-sandra) is a red, juicy berry that has been used as a tonic herb for thousands of years in China to refresh the mind, renew the body and to rejuvenate the appearance.

Our goal at Schizandra Health Center is aligned with our namesake. We want to care for our clients so that health, renewal and vitality are maintained and achieved. We emphasize the use of natural healing techniques that work. We believe that being proactive about health is the best way to ensure a long, vibrant life.

The Health Center

Our heath center will evolve to accommodate the community's needs. We currently offer a variety of services, including: acupuncture, herbal therapy, nutritional counseling, deep relaxation treatments and massage. Our goal is to treat the whole person in body, mind and spirit.

At Schizandra, we emphasize the notion of preventing the problems before they arise. Regular visits to the practitioner can help maintain health, while in day to day life, the individual begins to take charge of his or her own personal health.
