It was followed by a one-year internship from same college along with a three-month training in Government dispensary. During year 1990-1991 saw Dr. Sharma took up a House job in Nehru Homeopathic Medical College. During internship, she worked on a project named "Role of Homeopathy in occupational diseases". She worked in Cotton mill (Swatantra Bharat Mill) and treated more than 500 workers with good success rate in ten month's time.
