Kirsten's philosophy is to provide a wholistic health service for people who are looking for comprehensive, up-to-date information and education about their health.

"After having completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree at Otago University, New Zealand and spending a couple of years working and travelling overseas, I decided to pursue my life-long interest in Natural Therapies.

In 1995 I moved to Sydney to study at Nature Care College in St Leonards where I completed Diplomas in Remedial Massage, Sports Therapies and Remedial Therapies.

In 1997 I started up business as a Massage Therapist inside a busy Osteopathic Clinic in Dee Why where I worked for six years. During this time I furthered my education by studying Herbal Medicine with Dorothy Hall as well as completing an apprenticeship in Bioenergetic Medicine and VEGA Testing.

In September 2002 I moved my business to Brookvale where I work from a lovely room inside Bikram's Yoga Studio. This has allowed me to expand my business and provide me with many new and exciting opportunities for the future.

Apart from yoga, my interests include; surfing, sailing, running, squash, mountain biking, hiking, water skiing, snowboarding and gardening."
