Debbie Fontenot Physical Therapy Clinic is a full service outpatient rehabilitation facility, established locally since 1974. We provide therapeutic care to individuals with work relatedinjuries, automobile accident injuries, personal injuries, and/or individuals with medicare.After a thorough evaluation by a physical therapist, a treatment protocol will be designed to meet the patient's demand for quick recovery to allow them to return to their day to dayactivities without delay.

Debra G. Fontenot, a physical therapist for 27 years, graduated from Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1974. Prior to that she attended Univeristy of Louisiana at Lafayette and majored in pre-physical therapy and psychology. She is a private practitioner at 134 Jomela in Lafayette since the onset of her career.

She specializes in orthopedics and family medicine referrals primarily. Patient conditions might include someone with injuries, sprain/strains, osteoarthritis, joint replacement, spine conditions, headaches and TMJ, pain reduction and management including acute, subacute and chronic conditions to the whole family. Her approach is Holistic care yet practises with a philosophy of quick recovery to return patients back to their functional capacity prior to the onset of their existing condition.
