My name is Ilona Diessner and I have had a very varied and interesting working life. I have a nursing background, trained as a Holyoake Facilitator, owned & managed Health Food Shops for many year and studied Astrology, just to name a few.
My journey in search for answers and solutions to issues experienced in my life that I constantly battled to overcome brought me into contact with Kinesiology in 1993. As the result of the profound changes to both my physical and emotional health and wellbeing, I began studying Kinesiology and I have been a practitioner in this form of healing for the past 8 years.
I am constantly updating my knowledge and skills. There are many different forms/paths of Kinesiology and it is ever evolving, growing and changing. It is a very exciting time for all who want to learn and grow in this field of healing work.
I not only studied Kinesiology for my own personal journey but I made the decision very early on that I wanted to take it further and share what I had gained and help other people with their growth and unfolding.
I have found Kinesiology richly rewarding and I still marvel at the changes that I see in my clients and the awe on the faces of the new student.
I use Kinesiology as a primary way of working with my clients. I have also studied other modalities which include Reiki 1 & 2, Metamorphosis, RESET, Bush Flower Essences, Astrology, Nutrition & Anatomy & Physiology and much much more.
I am not only a practitioner in this wonderful healing modality but also an instructor, so that I can teach others to help themselves, family, friends or even becoming a practitioner.
I am a Level 3 Practitioner with the Australian Kinesiology Association and am also a professional member of the ATMS.
Kinesiology identifies and diffuses causes of stress and imbalances stored as memory within certain areas of the body that is often not available to the conscious mind. Muscles become monitors of stress, information and imbalances. We use the muscles to obtain Neurological feedback from our Bio-computer, the Brain, to obtain and access information.
