Fiona Workman is a qualified Sydney nutritionist and Bowen therapist. She is passionate about enjoying both food and life, but she is also realistic about the pressures of a fast city life. As an independent practitioner, Fiona is not obliged to advocate any particular brands or eating styles. She doesn't sell supplements, products or eating plans, so her advice is unbiased and appropriate to you.

Fiona Workman holds a Bachelor degree in Health Science, a Diploma of Nutrition, and a Bachelor degree in Commerce. She is a Professional Member of ATMS.

Fiona's interest in complementary medicine followed the sudden death of a close family member from a heart attack, despite ongoing treatment from a medical doctor. Convinced that there had to be more to preventing disease than just pharmaceutical drugs, Fiona studied nutrition and its effect on health.
