Our Profile
Rolfing Structural and Movement Integration balances your body in relationship to gravity—making it more comfortable and capable—through hands-on soft tissue work and movement education.
Rolfing works by opening, lengthening, and softening restrictive fascia (thin sheets of connective tissue that surround muscles and other tissues throughout your body) and by helping you to become aware of and to change inhibiting movement patterns.
Rolfing uses a series of approximately 10 individualized sessions to bring lasting changes to the body. Each session is different; cumulatively they balance your body and movements by releasing lifelong patterns of effort, compensation, tension, and strain.
