Reflexology
The Reflexes Ear reflexes The ear has long been used in acupuncture because, in addition to its ease of use, it contains scores of acupoints, which correspond to the reflex points in reflexology.
The ear is perhaps the most difficult area of the body to work with because there are so many reflexes in such a small space.
It becomes essentially a question of touch, pressing and exploring, and any sore point located can be massaged and worked out. By using a gentle sqeeze – and – roll method on the tops of the ears and the ear lobes number of areas can be stimulated. It has been reported that reflexology can help ear problems such as ringing in the ears, and the condition tinnitus may be alleviated to some extent.
